The Micro-Hite 10 is a single axis height gage with the ability to analyze features 2-dimensionally. All the familiar single axis techniques and utilities are available to meet any height measuring need. Analytical software is included for resolving feature measurements into 2-dimensional (2D) co-ordinates. All built in functions are microprocessor controlled to rapidly execute any measurement exercise.

As a single-axis measuring device, it is suitable for measuring vertical distances from point to point or from a starting point to a centerline. Diameters of bores and shafts may be determined easily.

Perpendicularity, straightness and angle of incline are calculated directly when used in conjunction with either the new "1D" or "1D/2D" control panel and the optional IG13 probe.

RS232-C Interface
For SPC applications, the Micro-Hite provides direct data transfer via its RS-232 serial port to a computer for further analysis utilizing a variety of commercial softwares. It is easily integrated into your existing SPC system.

New Touch Probe System
The new probing system when used in the
automatic mode will capture the high and low culminating points of cylinders for I.D. and O.D. calculations. Acoustic as well as a visual signal will confirm the measured values have been registered. This system is standard on all versions.

Program selection guide
Dedicated function programs simplify even complex measurement tasks. A complete operating guide, which makes learning to use the Micro-Hite system simple, is included with the tool.

Air-cushion movement
For measuring ease and accuracy, a completely self-contained pneumatic system generates a cushion of air on which the Micro-Hite gage moves over the surface plate. No cumbersome external air lines to clutter up your work area.
